Student Growth and Achievement

  • Align K-12 curriculum and prioritize standards that ensure rigorous and relevant programming to support opportunities for learning.
  • Create a community of compassion and empathy that maximizes student belonging and growth, connecting social, emotional, and academic supports.

Community Engagement

  • Create a district(s)-wide communication and engagement plan that captivates our students, families, staff, community, and partnerships while growing culture and pride.

Human Resources

  • Attract and retain staff through supportive mentoring, intentional professional development, and by building a sense of community that fosters staff morale.
  • Provide staff with the essential resources to do their jobs effectively while offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Facilities, Finance, and Operations

  • Develop and support premier campuses to increase district appeal while demonstrating sustainable and responsible stewardship of financial and operational resources.
