What is e~Funds for Schools?
e~Funds for Schools is a secure, electronic online payment service that gives parents the ability to pay for school lunches without writing a check or sending cash to school. Transactions can be done via the internet.
When can I use e~Funds for Schools?
Parents can make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from their checking account, debit card, or credit card via the link on the school’s website.

How much does e~Funds for Schools cost?

There is a convenience fee of $1.00 per checking account transaction OR $1.95 per debit card or credit card transaction.

How do I set up my e~Funds for Schools account?
The link to the e~Funds for Schools account set-up form is on the school district website. To begin setting up your personal login for your account, you will need to know the student ID number for your child/children which can be found on the student ID card or it can be provided by the school secretary.

Transaction scenario…
Parent X sets up an account and connects Child 1 and Child 2 to the account. Parent X wishes to deposit $25 into Child 1’s account and $25 into Child 2’s account. The total transaction would be $51 if using a checking account ($25+$25+$1=$51) The total transaction would be =$51.95 if using a debit card or credit card ($25+$25+$1.95=$51.95)

Deposits can be made with any Discover, VISA, or MasterCard credit or debit card.

Credit card processing is completed through a secure authorization process.

Online payments are processed immediately and will be reflected in the student’s PowerSchool account automatically, according to the district’s scheduled transfer process.

All student data that is transmitted is encrypted and authenticated every time you use the website.

You can associate multiple students, from multiple schools, with one parent profile.

In the future, e~Funds for Schools will also be used to make payments for other school fees.
